We believe one of the best ways to grow deeper in your knowledge of God and love for Him is by being deeply connected to the people of God. At Hope one of the ways we do this is through our LIFE Groups. LIFE stands for Love, Instruction, Fellowship, and Evangelism. These values are foundational in building a small group community that grows deeper in the Lord and with one another.
A LIFE Group is a small group community that focuses on personal spiritual growth and deepening relationships among those in the group. While there is a teaching/learning element in these groups an additional focus is placed on participants sharing about their relationship with the Lord, accountability, and prayer.
Our LIFE groups meet in homes, at the church, or by Zoom at various times throughout the week. LIFE groups are re-launched every September and meet through the Fall and Spring semesters. Some continue through the summer. Our groups for 2024-25 can be found here. We have LIFE groups for everyone and would like to help you find the right LIFE group for you. We also have Sunday morning 9AM Discipleship classes for all ages. Our classes for children are grouped by grade. The Nursery (birth-3.5 years old), PreK-2nd grade, 3rd-5th, and 6th-8th classes are all located in classrooms downstairs. The high schoolers class is located in the prayer room behind the sanctuary.
Currently for adults we have three choices. In the youth room is a class focusing on Marriage. The multifunction room has a class focused on learning more about Missions. There is a class in the conference room in which we listen to Scripture and have about 10 minutes to discuss what we heard.
