Collegiate ministry

Collegiate ministry

We at Hope Christian Church understand how important someone’s time in college is and how vital these years are in the development of someone’s character. Our goal is to walk alongside college students as they navigate this amazing but also at times difficult and confusing part of life with the goal of sharing the Gospel and walking alongside them in their deepening of their faiths.

The college ministry at HCC has three main parts.

  1. Weekly gathering
  2. Weekly Bible study
  3. Individual meeting

Our main meeting is on Sunday nights and we call it Night LIFE. Here we typically go through a series we come up with based off what may be best for the lives of college students in today’s day and age. Right now we are going through a series called “How Now Shall We Live” where we are seeking Biblical answers for tough moral and ethical questions.

We also have a Monday night Bible study where we are going through 1 Corinthians and discussing what it really looks like to be IN LOVE with our Lord.

And finally I also try to meet with college students to discuss life and actually walk alongside them on a more personal level.

Please contact Wesley Sprague if you have questions.
