Worship in song is a significant part of worship to show praise, adoration and reverence to our God. Throughout the Bible, there are numerous verses about worshiping God through song.
Psalm 95: 1 declares: Come, let us sing for joy to the LORD; let us shout aloud to the Rock of our salvation.
Colossians 3:16-17 proclaims: Let the message of Christ dwell among you richly as you teach and admonish one another with all wisdom through psalms, hymns, and songs from the Spirit, singing to God with gratitude in your hearts.
And whatever you do, whether in word or deed, do it all in the name of the Lord Jesus, giving thanks to God the Father through him.
At HCC we are always looking for skilled vocalists, instrumentalists and audio and video technicians who want to exalt the Lord with their gifts and talents. Beyond musical or AV gifting, we do have a number of expectations for those on the team which can be reviewed by clicking the guidelines link below.
